good 50x70

This is a company who work for charities bring awareness in designing competition's poster which where anyone can join in and take part.

When we launched Good 50×70 in 2007 we had no idea how
it would be received by the design community, the public, or even
the charities we were working for. Two editions, fifteen workshops,
twenty exhibitions and over 4,000 posters later, we believe we’re firmly
on the way to accomplishing our aims of providing charities with
creativity for free and waking the creative community up to the power
they have to be a force for good.

However, in this current financial and environmental climate,
our charities, in fact all charities, need our help more than ever.

So our aim for this year’s edition is to make Good 50×70 easier
to participate in, for you and our charities, on a wider level.
To start with, we’re opening our database of all the posters entered
to any charity that wants them. But what’s really new for 2009
is our plan to organise all of our activities (contest, workshops,
exhibitions) on a city-wide basis. This will mean working with
local charities, local school and local designers in one city on posters
that will be displayed around the city and that will hopefully have
a genuine impact on the local community and produce something
positive and tangible for the charities involved.

We’re currently putting together the final touches to Good Amsterdam,
which will hopefully launch in March, but the beauty of this initiative
is that it can work anywhere in the world, on any level.
